Aamir Khan leases four sea-facing apartments in Bandra at Rs 24.5 lakhs per month: Report : Bollywood News
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan praised four high -end apartments in Bandra West in Mumbai, especially in the region of Posh Pali Hill, for a monthly RS 24.5 Lakhs rent. This decision comes as a temporary resettlement, caused by the redevelopment of the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, where the actor currently has several residential units.

According to ownership documents accessible by Zapkey.com and a report by Hindustan Times, Aamir Khan leaves the Virgo Society, where he would have around 12 apartments, due to a large redevelopment project which will replace the current structure with ultra-luxueuse residences oriented on the sea.
Details of the new lease
The new apartments rented by Aamir are located in Wilnomona, a high -end residential building just 750 meters from Puja Casa – the temporary home of its compatriot Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, whose Bungalow Mannat is renovated.
The rental contract, which extends over five years from May 2025 to May 2030, includes a 45 -month locking period. The lease was officially recorded on May 20, 2025, with a stamp of more than RS 4 Lakhs and registration fees of RS 2,000. The agreement also includes a security deposit of more than RS 1.46 crosses, and the rent should increase by 5% per year.
Redevelopment of the Virgin Cooperative Housing Society
The Virgo Society, where Aamir has a large number of units, is currently being redeveloped to build ultra-luxury apartments in the high-end real estate segment. The prices of the reworked project should exceed RS 1 Lakh per square foot, certain apartments possibly evaluated at more than 100 oats.
Aamir Khan was seen for the last time in the film Sitaare Zameen byDirected by RS Prasanna. The film, which also presented Genelia Deshmukh, marked the return of Aamir on the big screen after an interruption of almost three years and reported on Rs 165 crores at the Indian box office.
