Ajay Devgn, one of the most bancable stars in Bollywood, has taken a strategic stage in real estate by renting an office unit in Andheri West in Mumbai. According to documents examined by Square Yards on the IGR portal of the Government of the Maharashtra (Inspector General of the Registration), the actor rented the office space for a period of five years, which should win about 3.3 crores over the duration of the lease.

The rented property is located in Lotus signatureA commercial building from Andheri West, a town known for its excellent connectivity to business centers such as BKC, Seepz and Lower Parel. The office of 2,545 square feet was rented to Bombay Design Center Private Limited, the rental contract being officially recorded in May 2025. According to the structure of the agreement, the monthly rent is set at Rs. 5.47 Lakh for the first three years, passing to Rs. 6.29 Lakh for the other two years. The agreement also includes an RS warranty 16.42 Lakh. The fees of rights and registration of stamps amounted to Rs. 85,500 and Rs. 1,000 respectively.
DevGN had bought three adjacent office units in the same building in April 2023, each measuring approximately 2,545 square feet, for a combined value of Rs. 30.35 Brove – transport to approx. 10.12 crore per unit. The current rental agreement concerns one of these units. Based on the analysis of square sites, the estimated rental yield on this unit amounts to 6.5% for the first three years, increasing at around 7.5% in the last two.
