The actor sold two adjacent residential properties in the Borivali East suburbs of Mumbai for a combined value of RS 7.10 crushes, according to the ownership documents examined on Squareyards.com and filed with the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra.

The main property, measuring 1,101 square feet of carpet zone, was sold for Rs 5.75 crores and is delivered with two parking spaces. Akshay had bought this unit in 2017 for Rs 3.02 crores, reflecting a significant appreciation of value. The transaction attracted a stamp right of Rs 34.50 Lakhs.
The second smaller property extends over 252 square feet of carpet zone and was sold for Rs 1.35 crosses, with a buffer payment of 6.75 lakhs. This unit was also purchased in 2017, at a market price of 67.90 RS Lakhs.
The two properties are located in a ready -made residential project developed by Oberoi Realty, covering 35 acres in Borivali East. Transactions were officially recorded in June 2025.
This development of Oberoi Realty quickly becomes a hotspot for celebrity investments. In particular, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan made the headlines in May 2024 for having acquired several properties in the same project.
