A source told Bollywood Hungama“The 71st National Film Awards will take place on Tuesday September 23, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. As always, he will be held in Vigyan Bhawan, in New Delhi. The winners and the members of the jury were informed of the time, the date and the arrival through an official letter.

The VVC films by Vidhu Vinod Chopra won the Prize for the best feature film for 12th failure. Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani received the best popular film offering a healthy entertainment prize. Sudipto Sen won the best direction of management for The history of Kerala. The price for best actor was shared by Shah Rukh Khan for Jawan and Vikrant Massey for 12th FAIL. Rani Mukerji received the prize for the best actress for Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. JANKI BODIAMA and URVASHI shared the best role of support actress for their performance in VASH And Ullozhukku, respectively. Shilpa Rao won for sanging ‘Chaleya’ in Jawan. Deepak Kingrani has won for its striking dialogues in Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai.
