Actress Hema Malini sold two apartments in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for a total of Rs. 12.50 Croires, according to the registration documents of the properties available on the website of the Inspector General of the Inspector of the Maharashtra (IGR) and examined by the squares of online property. The two transactions were recorded in August 2025.

Andheri West is one of the well -established residential centers in Mumbai, offering a mixture of high -end housing, entertainment options and a living social environment. According to the registration documents of the Inspector General of the Registration (IGR), examined by Square Yards, the two apartments sold by Hema Malini are located in Oberoi Springs. The two apartments have an identical carpet area of 847 square feet. (~ 79 m²) and a built area of 94.46 m². (~ 1,017 square feet).
According to the transaction documents, each apartment, sold for 6.25 crores, includes a parking lot. Each agreement has initiated payment of stamp duties from 31.25 Lakh along the registration fees of Rs. 30,000.
Hema Malini is an Indian actress, dancer, director and politician. She made her cinema debut in 1963 and was recognized with Sapno Ka Sadagar In 1968. Known as “Dream Girl”, she became one of the main actresses of Hindi cinema in the 1970s and 1980s. In addition to her film career, she was a dancer from Bharatanatyam formed who played internationally. It is also active in public life and is currently a member of the Parliament of Mathura.
