The company says that these violations have launched dismissal clauses in the agreements, which prompted it to require a reimbursement of Rs. 218 Broods invested in the project, as well as 18% of annual interest.
Ivy concluded a cinematographic rights acquisition agreement on January 25, 2023 and a theatrical rights acquisition agreement on March 10, 2023, with PMF. Under these contracts, Ivy has acquired world theatrical and non-theatrical rights on the film, obtained from co-prenturer credits and obtained contractual guarantees for yields.
The petition also appoints the directors of PMF Vishwa Prasad Tumbalam Gooty and Subramanya Vivekananda Kuchibhotla, as well as the post-production suppliers Deccan Dreams LLP animations, Prasad Xtreme Cinema Network, Trachory Techory Technologies with the film without consent.
