Jasprit Bumrah Injury: MI Coach Says “Everything Okay”, But Star Pacer Still Can’t Play. Here’s Why

Before the confrontation against the Gujarat titans on Saturday, the Mumbai Indians’ head coach Mahela Jayawardene published an update on the Prime Minister Jasprit Bumrah stimulator and said he is recovering, but there is no exact date of his return to action in the Indian season during the Premier League (IPL) 2025. With Pandya returning to the field after having served a suspension of a match due to an excessive offense in the last edition, Jayawardene expects that Mumbai fans are watching beyond the last season when they gave a hostile reception to the versatile after his appointment as Captain on Rohit Sharma.
“I think it’s just a cricket game. Fans are fans and emotions are part of it and I’m sure everyone went beyond,” said Jayawardene.
“It’s incredible to see how loyalty and everything even works in IPL, which is fascinating, and I enjoyed it from the outside. Twelve months later, he realized much more and I am sure that everyone will see beyond what happened last year. We can enjoy a good cricket game and everyone can enjoy a good cricket game,” he added.
