Kriti Sanon splurges over Rs. 78 crores on luxurious sea-facing penthouse in Bandra West : Bollywood News
Kriti Sanon again made the headlines, this time for his latest luxury real estate investment. According to the Economic Times, the actress bought a duplex penthouse oriented on the sea in the prestigious locality of Pali Hill from Mumbai to Bandra West. The property, located in the supreme residential tower Prana, would have cost more than Rs 78,20 crores, which makes it one of its most extravagant real estate acquisitions to date.

The newly acquired penthouse extends over the 14th and 15th floors and covers 6,636 square feet, with an additional open terrace of 1,209 square feet on the top floor. Valued at around Rs 1.18 Lakh per square foot, the agreement includes six exclusive parking slots. The transaction was completed jointly with his mother, with a stamp right of RS 3.91 crosses and a total investment exceeding Rs 84.16 crores, including TPS and other costs. The penthouse offers exclusive terrace rights, giving Kriti an uninterrupted panoramic view of the Oman Sea – a characteristic that adds to the appeal of this ultra -luxury residence.
This is not Kriti’s first foray into Mumbai real estate. In 2024, she acquired a 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West at the price of Rs 35 crores. In 2023, she also invested in a 2,000 square feet plot in Alibaug, a popular getaway for celebrities near Mumbai. With this last purchase, Kriti regularly builds a portfolio of large value properties, cementing his presence in the city’s elite real estate circuit.
On a professional level, Kriti Sanon is preparing for exciting projects. It will be seen in front of Dhanush in the romantic drama of Aanand L. Rai, Tere ishk meinwhich explores the themes of love and obsession. Fans also have another reason to celebrate, because Kriti recently confirmed his next project, Cocktail 2Directed by Homi Adajania, promising another memorable performance of the actress.
