Prime Video, September 5, announced the exclusive first of global streaming of MaalikAvailable to broadcast on the service. Directed by Pulkit and produced by Kumar Taurani and Jay Shewakramani, the film is titled by Rajkummar Rao with a powerful casting including Prosenjit Chatterjee, Manushi Chhillar, Huma Qureshi, Anshuman Pushkar and Swanand Kirkire.

In the granular and pulsed context of Allahabad in the 1980s, Maalik Follows the story of Deepak (Rajkummar), a young man of a modest agricultural environment who enters the world of crime and rises in the ranks to become the most powerful and dreaded gangster of the city, known as Maalik.
Mixing high -tension action, deep emotional conflicts and political intrigue, the film weaves themes of ambition, violence, corruption, betrayal and the consequences of power exercising power in the world of crime. Chronicle The turbulent ascent of a man of an oppressed background with the ranks of the power of the mafia in Allahabad, this drama of action effectively captures the viewers of the pursuit of power and respect for the protagonist while disentangling the tangled complexities of love and the family.
