No stay on Jolly LLB 3: Bombay High Court dismisses plea alleging film ridicules judges : Bollywood News
Wednesday, the high court of Bombay rejected a request which sought to block the release of Jolly LLB 3With Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. The drama of the courtroom, directed by Subhash Kapoor, is expected to be released in theaters this Friday, September 19.

The plea, deposited by the association for having helped justice, alleged that the film has ridiculed lawyers and judges. He also opposed the song ‘Bhai Vakeel Hai’claiming that he lowered the legal profession.
During the hearing, lawyer Dipeh Siroya, appearing for the petitioner, underlined a scene where the judges are called “Mamu”, calling the term derogatory. However, the bench of chief shree chandrashekhar and judge Gautam Ankhad dismissed concerns. “We have faced mockery from the first day. Do not worry about us, ”said the judges by rejecting the plea.
The court was also informed that the high court of Allahabad had already rejected a similar request.
Meanwhile, the challenges of the film are also heard in other states. The high court of Madhya Pradesh recently withdrew a lawyer for having filed a case without making filmmakers a party, while the High Court of Gujarat asked a petitioner to examine the order of Allahabad HC first before proceeding.
Despite these objections, Jolly LLB 3 Stay on the right track for its release on September 19.
