Chennai Super Kings is struggling in the current edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The five champions opened their campaign with a swinging victory over the Indians of Mumbai-Rivaux, but then died against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Rajasthan Royals. In the two losses, the range of CSK strikers failed and failed to cross the line. To make things worse, the legendary MS Dhoni, which was once considered one of the best finish, could not work in expectations either.
In the midst of their current difficulties in the IPL, one of the members of CSK scouting made a shocking revelation on the fivefold champions and their auction strategy. CSK is known to keep the players experienced in their team rather than investing a lot on younger talents.
In a video becoming viral on social networks, the CSK scout was seen interacting with other panelists. He revealed that he had suggested the names of young players like Priyansh Arya, Vipraj Nigam, Aniker Verma, among others, but CSK rejected these names.
“I am a member of the talent scouting and I went to watch a few games from the Up and Punjab leagues. From there, I recommended the names of Priyansh Arya, Vipraj Singh, Swastik Chikara, Aniker Verma,” said the deputy.

“My job is to give the names to CSK before the auction,” he added.
This revelation came as a big shock while CSK bought Ravichandran Ashwin, Deepak Hooda, Rahul Tripathi during the mega auctions. While all these names find it difficult to train during the current season, Priyansh, Vipraj and Aniker like fans with their performance.
Priyansh played a success of 47 out of 23 balls during his IPL inch for the kings of Punjab against the Titans of Gujarat. Vipraj took a counter and then scored an important 39 out of 15 balls for Delhi’s capitals against Lucknow super-managers.
Finally, Aniket Verma played a brilliant shot of 74 balls 41 balls for Sunrisers Hyderabad against the capitals of Delhi.
However, it is soon to say anything, because the fivefold champions are known to bounce back in difficult situations and it will be interesting to know how they plan to move forward in the rest of the tournament.
