Sports actress and sports enthusiasts Saiyami Kher managed to finish her second Ironman 70.3 triathlon on July 6, 2025 in Jönköping, Sweden. With this achievement, she became the only Indian actor to have finished the Ironman 70.3 race twice in a year.

The Ironman 70.3 is an endurance challenge involving 1.9 km of swimming in free water, 90 km of bicycle and a half-marathon race of 21.1 km, all completed in a single day. Saiyami finished his first Ironman 70.3 in September 2024, marking his debut in international endurance races.
His second race in Sweden was the European championship and came with additional challenges, notably Cold Waters, steep hills and strong opposite winds. Saiyami finished the 32 -minute course faster than its previous race.
“People often ask me why I got through this kind of torture. The truth is that it is not a question of proving anything in the world. I have never prospered on external validation. For me, endurance sport is deeply personal – it is a race against my own doubts. This year, my goal was to be better than I was it. And I did it, ”said Saiyami in a position after the race.
“As a woman, it is also a great pain to do such a physically difficult activity with your rules, but it is just a reminder that it is always the spirit of matter. There is a strange and calm pride to finish something that was once impossible. Deep joy,” added the actress.
Saiyami openly talked about the role of sport in his life, often highlighting his impact on his state of mind and his approach to challenges. His second Ironman 70.3 Finish marks an important personal stage, because few Indian celebrities participated in the event.
