Yash Raj Films is the main production house for Indian cinema, and they are currently preparing at the exit of the Ayan Mukerji directed War 2 with Hrithik Roshan and Jr. Ntr in mind. While the film will be released on August 14, the manufacturers triggered their campaign with a launch of Teaser on NTR’s birthday. And now our exclusive sources have confirmed that the teaser of War 2 Aira on the IPL final.

Industry sources confirm that War 2 Has held the most expensive YRF film record never produced, on a budget of almost Rs. 400 crores. The studio has meticulously planned a large -scale promotional deployment leading to its long -awaited exit.
As part of this aggressive campaign on the ground, YRF obtained privileged advertising slots during the IPL 2025 final on May 30. These promotions should play during rounds and breaks – traditionally the most watched television events in India. This decision represents a calculated attempt to maximize visibility in a large and diversified demography. The initial phase of the campaign will strongly emphasize the dynamics “Hrithik Roshan vs ntr” full of action, with the more dramatic parts of the film which are revealed closer to the theatrical release of the film, in the trailer.
Interestingly, sources close to YRF also confirm that Atya Chopra has strategically accelerated the exit of the teaser by a full month before its original schedule. This accelerated deployment coincided with NTR’s birthday, a movement calculated to target its regional fans base in Heartland Telugu at the start of the large film marketing cycle.
