Radico Khaitan Limited announced a historic partnership with the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, the Yavol luxury collective of his son Aryan Khan, and the co-founder of the entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath, the co-founder of Zerodha. This collaboration seeks to develop some of the best minds in the world, targeting demanding consumers both in India and on international markets, focusing on world products that celebrate a rich regional heritage through bottles in bottles.

Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan and Nikhil Kamath unite their strengths with Radico Khaitan to launch luxury spirits

The Board of Directors of Radico Khaitan gave the green light for a strategic investment and a collaboration with Yavol Spirits BV and Yavol Spirits Private Limited. Under this Agreement, Radico Khaitan acquires a 47.5% participation in each company, with a total investment of a value of Rs. 40 Crere.

The partnership agreements, signed with D’Yavol BV, Yavol India, Aryan Khan, Harprit Singh, NK Enterprises Holding Limited and Kamath Technology LLP, position Radico Khaitan as the largest shareholder in the two entities. The Alliance will be responsible for global marketing, trade and distribution of Spirit brands, with a luxury tequila that should be the flagship launch.

Abhishek Khaitan, director general of Radico Khaitan, expressed his enthusiasm:

Shah Rukh Khan added: “Each big idea needs the right energy behind. With the experience of Abhishek, the passion of Nikhil and our creative instinct at D’Yavol, we build something daring, relevant and to orient ourselves. ” Aryan Khan, co-founder of D’Yavol, underlined the brand’s cultural aspirations and shared: “Our ambition is to shape a brand that is not only on a shelf but lives in culture.”

The entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath shared his point of view on the evolving luxury market and said: “The best brands of tomorrow will be built on history, culture and crafts. This is what excites me about Yavol – an Indian brand with the intention and the ability to compete anywhere in the world. ”

This collaboration marks an important step in Radico Khaitan’s strategy to extend its imprint in the segment of luxury spirits, by taking advantage of the power of stars and entrepreneurial expertise to grasp a growing demand for sophisticated and heritage alcoholic drinks.
