The actor and philanthrope Sonu Sood has advanced to extend the affected people, continuing his assessment of humanitarian initiatives during the crisis.

SOOD, from Punjab, organized the offer of essential goods to affected areas and facilitates rescue efforts, including the use of boats for evacuation. Stressing his commitment to the State, he assured the residents that his team would work tirelessly to ensure that the aid reaches each family in need.
In a public press release, the actor said: “Anyone affected by these devastating floods is not alone. Together, we will help each person get back on their feet.” He added that Punjab occupies a special place in his life and that he would not take a step back until the affected families receive the necessary support.
In addition to providing immediate help such as food, medication and shelter, Sood also urged residents to request help if necessary. “If you need help help, do not hesitate to send a message-we will do our best to support you in all possible ways,” he said.
The current initiative is added to the growing list of Sood’s rescue efforts in recent years. During the Pandemic COVID-19, he made the headlines by organizing transport for blocked migrant workers and supporting those who need medical care. Its foundation has since supported in fields such as education, health care and employment.
