Suryakumar Yadav Breaks Silence On Report Claiming He’s Leading Coup vs Mumbai Team After Jaiswal Departure

In surprising development on Wednesday, several reports said that Yashasvi Jaiswal decided to make a shock to Goa de Mumbai for personal reasons, leaving a national power that has laid the basics of the international left -wing career. According to the PTI news agency, Jaiswal wrote on Tuesday at the Mumbai Cricket Association, expressing his wish to leave Mumbai for Goa, and the director’s body quickly accepted his request. Later in the evening on Wednesday, a report said that there was a “current coup” in the Mumbai team and that “there is a possibility” that Suryakumar Yadav can also follow his teammate. The report, however, has also added sources close to the striker in development.

However, Suryakumar Yadav laughed at the report. He published the screenshot of a report, which had the legend: “In fact, suggest rumors, Suryakumar Yadav actually plays the main role in bringing players to consider a movement”. Surya’s comment was satirical. “The screenwriter hai ya journalist? Agar hasna hai toh i will stop watching comedy movies and start reading these articles. Ekdum Bakwas”, he wrote on X in a post which has become viral.

Meanwhile, Jaiswal is the third Mumbai cricket player lately for having moved to Goa after Arjun Tentulkar and Siddhesh Lad. LAD and Tentulkar had moved to Goa before the 2022-23 season.

Jaiswal played for the last time for Mumbai against Jammu-et-Cachemire in their match of Ranji Trophy Group a League from January 23 to 25 following the strict implementation of the directives of the BCCI according to which all the players of India should play domestic cricket if not in national service.

In this match, Jaiswal had appeared in the 2024-25 Ranji trophy season with the captain of India Rohit Sharma.

The two stars of India failed on their domestic return, Jaiswal marking 4 and 26 while Mumbai lost five counters against Jammu-et-Cachemire for the second time in the history of the tournament.

While Jaiswal quickly got up in the ranks of Mumbai’s cricket to emerge as one of the most brilliant strikers in the country and duly won a place in the national side, it was not always a smooth driving for the young.

Going from native Bhadohi in the Uttar Pradesh at the age of 12 to continue his cricket dream, Jaiswal underwent several difficulties. He spent nights in a tent before he was spotted by coach Jwala Singh who took him under his wings and developed his game.
