IPL has evolved over the years, as is the talent identification model. There was a time when the simple intestinal feeling was sufficient, but in its 18th summer, the popular league now has a method for madness, that the Mumbai Indians were the pioneers. The five MI champions have uncovered the plethora of talents, which graduated at India level and played with distinction while many lit the IPL scene with their coruscalizing show. The latter being the Kerala Vignesh Puthur and Ashwani Kumar form Punjab.
It is an ode to the screening system that most other franchises follow now, but Mi is certainly the pioneer.
The PTI has spoken to people, who are aware of the MI screening and selection method.
This is a big team that works under the head coach Mahela Jayawardene, the director of Cricket Rahul Sanghvi and the data performance director of Dhananjai CKM (analyst of the WC WC 2011 Indian team).

How to choose events for screening?
