Delhi Capitals won the draw and chose to play the first against the Mumbai Indians in match 29 of IPL 2025 at the Arun Jaitley stadium on Sunday. DC, The Table Toppers, is the only undefeated team in the tournament so far and are now playing their first match in the competition in New Delhi.

After winning the draw, the Skipper of DC Axar Patel, while receiving rugging applause from the crowd at home, the FAF du Plessis is injured and that the team will decide their choice of the impact player during the match.
