“Lack Of Common Sense”: Delhi Capitals Star Jake Fraser-McGurk Blasted After Golden Duck Against Mumbai Indians

The Australian opener Jake Fraser-McGurk, season IPL 2025, continued the first ball in the pursuit of Delhi Capitals (DC) Run while Mumbai Indians (Mi). With Faf du Plessis absent and a large score to continue, many UNs were on Fraser-McGurk to put his bad shape behind and contribute big. However, he released the first ball in Deepak Chahar, sending a catch -up directly to Will Jacks to a short cover. Consequently, Chahar was strongly criticized by the comments committee of the broadcasting.

“Just impatient. Lack of common sense to just take a look at the situation. The strikes directly with an additional blanket. This is a brilliant start for the Indians of Mumbai, but was gifted, offered by Jake Fraser-Mcgurk,” said the former New Zealand player and commentator renowned Simon Doull.

Fraser-McGurk was released on the very first DC sleeve. Deepak Chahar taking the new ball, the Australian hit him strongly but directly in the field field.

He could only mark 46 points in five rounds in IPL 2025. Having struck at a striking rate of 234 in IPL 2024, his striking rate fell to a bullet this season.

The early departure of Fraser-McGurk allowed the capitals of Delhi to present Karun Nair as an impact player, and the latter became completely crazy. Nair has translated its domestic shape on the IPL scene, taking all the Mi – including Jasprit Bumrah – for a hammering.

Nair broke 18 points in the second row of Bumrah, slamming two incredible six. He reached his half-century in just 22 bullets, helping DC reach 72 in the PowerPlay itself.

Nair continued his assault well after the power game, but did not succeed in an incredible century. Nair was refined by Mitchell Santner out of 89, which he did in just 40 deliveries.

The 33 -year -old man had been great in the Vijay Hazare trophy and the Ranji Trophy before IPL 2025, and seized his chances with both hands. It was his first half-century in the IPL in seven years.

During the striker, Tilak Varma criticized half a century while the Mumbai Indians displayed a healthy total of 205. Tilak now struck the 1950s in the 2025 IPL.

The vice-captain of MI Suryakumar Yadav (40 out of 28), the drummer of gates Ryan Rickelton (41 out of 25) and the young Naman Dhir (38 out of 17) also made a healthy contribution to the propulsion of the IM in total.

For the capitals of Delhi, the kuldeep yadav and vipraj nigam spinners cut with two counters each.
