In a frightening revelation that rocked the entertainment and business corridors of India, the Department of Internal Affairs (MHA) ordered the recording of a FIR against satisfaction, president of the K group will be, and Nikita Rattanshi, director of cinema Chhutu Maharaj. The FIR, recorded at the Amboli police station under the ministry’s directive (order n °: F.NO.15011/01/2025-SC / ST-W (s)), follows serious allegations of repeated sexual assault, criminal and extortion, with ramifications that extend well beyond personal fault.

The Survivor, a foreign national and former director of the company, accused Panchariya of raping and attacking it violently over two years. These alleged assaults, often disguised as professional meetings, would have taken place in the company’s office.
One of the most painful incidents, according to the survivor, took place on December 3, 2024, when she claims that she was physically controlled, threatened with gang rape and warned an attack on acid. Even more disturbing is his assertion that local police refused to record a FIR and rather tried to mediate a private colony between his family and the accused inside the police station.
It was only after the incessant complaints and the national attention that the MHA has intervened, citing serious towers by local police and invoking provisions under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) to order a complete investigation. The allegations, however, do not end with sexual assault.
According to the FIR, Panchariya and Rattanshi are at the head of a deeply anchored criminal union. They have been accused of piracy of Indian films protected by copyright and illegally distributing them in countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. The report also highlights a toxic culture of “casting sofa”, where budding actors have been exploited under the cover of cinema possibilities, some women were allegedly victims of high -end producers.
The FIR also alleges that the accused has engaged in the handling of stock markets, illicit transfers through screens companies – often using junior staff names such as chambermaids and childish to hide transactions – and have fraud on Rs. 25 Broaders via fictitious investment vehicles.
The duo is also linked to a sprawling franchise scam involving the sale of more than 500 cinema units disputed under the brand “Chottu Maharaj”. In addition, the accused is suspected of being involved in the murder of a merchant navy officer, currently in a separate investigation. Finally, in accordance with the FIR, the victims were recorded and extorted later using compromised equipment.
