Sikandar to premiere on OTT on May 25; Netflix drops major UPDATE on Salman Khan starrer : Bollywood News
Salman Khan’s latest drama of action Sikandar should make its digital debut on Netflix on May 25. The film, directed by Ar Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, will now be accessible to a wider audience because it will be presented on the streaming platform after its theatrical release earlier this year.

Netflix India announced the first through an article on social networks that said: “Suna Hai Bohot Log Sikandar Ka Intezaar Kar Rahe le? Sikandar Aa Gaya Hai Netflix by Raj Karne. (Much expected the Sikandar? Sikandar is here to reign over Netflix). ” The arrival of the film on OTT should rekindle the interest among fans of Salman Khan and the amateurs of action film who may have failed to catch it in the cinemas.
Sikandar was one of the most anticipated Bollywood outings in 2025, thanks to its action at Haut Octane, starred distribution and collaboration between two major names in Indian cinema – Salman Khan and Ar Murugadoss. However, while the film saw a decent opening at the box office, it did not succeed in the massive numbers generally associated with the outings of Khan’s Eid. Despite its overall ensemble, its action elements in Haute Octane and Khan, the film received a somewhat lukewarm response from criticism and the public, many believing that it did not fully meet expectations attached to a spectacle of Salman Khan.
In SikandarSalman Khan plays Sanjay “Sikandar” Rajkot, a man with a mysterious past who finds himself driven by a powerful politician seeking to take revenge on a family tragedy. The film also features Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Smita Patil, Kishore, Jatin Sarna and Sanjay Kapoor in pivot roles.
While the film goes to Netflix, it gives viewers a second chance to discover its dramatic scenario and its high energy action sets of the comfort of their houses. With the devoted fan of Salman Khan and the accessibility of OTT, Sikandar Can still find a new lease in the digital space. The digital version of May 25 should draw significant attention, especially among subscribers wishing a new dose of action of Bollywood in large banking.
