Pratilipi and Roy Kapur Films forge strategic content partnership to bring India’s stories to screen : Bollywood News
In a historic decision, Pratilipi, the largest digital narration platform in India, has teamed up with the famous production house Roy Kapur Films (RKF), to co-develop and produce a list of films and series that take advantage of the vast history of Pratilili with RKF screens.

With more than 30 million monthly active users, 1.6 million writers and a catalog of millions of stories in 12 Indian languages, Pratilipi has grown exponentially in recent years, transforming a popular narrative community into a power of full -fledged content. This vast ecosystem of linguistic diversity makes it a fertile terrain to discover new voices and unexploited stories.
Roy Kapur Films, with his strong production expertise, his deep industry relationships and an experience in the production of emotionally resonant and high quality content, brings his creative and robust execution capacities to the table. This partnership between these two creative powers marks a significant front step in the missions of the two companies to amplify Indian voices and reinvent the narration for the screen.
As part of this strategic alliance, Pratilipi and RKF will identify stories from the Pratilipi platform jointly, co-invest in their development, and present them in collaboration and produce them for the main studios and streaming platforms. The objective is to co -produce at least six projects – films and series – over the next three years.
The first project to launch in this exciting partnership is Charitraheen, A powerful audience drama that has already made waves on the Pratilipi application. The story has accumulated more than 21 million readings, users leaving more than 244,000 opinions and giving it an impressive side of 4.88 / 5. Now, this explosive tale is ready to make the page jump to the other.
