The FIR against the above stations was filed on the basis of a complaint from November Communications Private Limited, a music license company. The owners, directors and managers of the station face strict accusations under the 1957 copyright law, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The police have entered solid evidence, including records of songs, etc., and the survey is underway with the greatest vigilance and severe measures!
By taking severe and decisive measures against the authors, the police effectively broke out a massive scam which caused substantial losses both to the government’s treasure and the music industry.
