Indian actor R. Madhavan and his wife Sarita gave the rental a co-owner residential apartment located in the Bandra Kurla de Mumbai complex for a monthly rent from Rs. 6.50 Lakh, according to the registration documents of the goods examined by the real estate platform Squareyards.com on the website of the registration inspector (IGR). The leave and license contract was officially registered in June 2025.

The Bandra Kurla (BKC) complex is a shopping center provided in Mumbai, developed to facilitate congestion in traditional commercial districts. Although mainly commercial, the surrounding areas have experienced high -end residential development motivated by proximity and infrastructure. According to the registration documents of goods accessible by Square Yards, R. Madhavan and his wife Sarita have rented a residential unit located in Signia Pearl, Bandra Kurla complex. The rental agreement includes an RS guarantee deposit. 39 Lakh and was recorded with a stamp right of Rs. 47,000 and registration fees of 1,000.
