Virat Kohli’s precious contributions enabled Rajat Patidar Excel in his new role as Captain of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in IPL 2025 in progress. Coming to the match, CSK won the draw and chose to play first. While Phil Salt (34 in 16 bullets, with five four and one six) propelled the RCB with a few offensive shots at the start, Virat Kohli (31 in 30 balls, with two four and a six) had trouble buffering his authority. After an opening stand of 45 points, Devdutt Paddikal (27 in 14 balls, with two four and two) played an entertaining cameo and Rajat Patidar (51 in 32 balls, with four limits and three) had crucial partnerships.
