After Rohit Sharma’s Sudden Test Retirement, BCCI’s Major Assurance: “He Will Continue To…”

After the retreat of the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma in the test format, the former players and the teams all rushed on social networks to thank the 38 -year -old man for his 12 -year term in the national team. Among the first believers, there was the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), the director who helped Rohit to grow up to new heights in his career. “Mumbai Cha Raja (The King of Mumbai) hangs up his test whites. The Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) said it was “ proud of the Hitman ”

The drummer at the counter of India Rishabh Pant said that the impact of Rohit Echo in the locker room of the Indian team for the years to follow.

Dhruv Jurel, who received his debut in the Rohit test in the 2024 test series against England also wished the right -handed striker a happy retirement.

Rohit ended his test career with 4,301 points from 67 tests to an average of 40.57, including 12 centuries and 18 fifty. He was appointed captain in 2022 after Virat Kohli resigned from this role. He directed India in 24 tests, winning 12 and losing nine games. He also supervised the final defeat of India in 2023 in 2023 against Australia.
