Actor Atul Kulkarni went to Pahalgam shortly after a terrorist attack took place. In an interview with BBC News Hindi during his trip, he mentioned that the attack was intended for a warning of terrorists to discourage people from visiting cashmere. However, he stressed that the Indians will continue to travel there, saying that “cashmere is ours”. He also urged the public not to cancel their trips to the region.

ATUL expressed his grief because of the tragic incident on April 22 and thought about how he could react thanks to a significant action. He said, “What happened the 22nd was a very tragic incident; This should not have happened. When I read it on this subject, I thought that whenever something like it happened, what would we do? We publish on social networks, we talk to friends, we write something, but then I thought, what can I actually do. people.”
Speaking of cashmere tourism, ATUL stressed that it was our duty not to abandon the valley now. He said: “Itni Badi Tadaat Mein Log Arahe Le Yaha 1-2 Saalon Mein. Achanak agar rukh gaye hum toh nahi, hum toh ayense, Humara cashmere hai, hum yaha ayense, bad tadaat mein ayense.
Earlier, ATUL shared a series of photos on Instagram capturing his trip from Mumbai to Srinagar. He has published images showing empty seats on his flight, his boarding pass and a sincere note from the flight crew. In addition to the photos, he wrote: “Yeh Flights Bhar Bhar Ke Jaa Rahi Thi..hume inhe Phirse Bharna Hai! Atankh Ko Harana Hai… Chaliye Ji, Cachemire Chalein. ”
ATUL also shared a photo of Pahalgam, as well as other glimpses of serene beauty of cashmere – nailed sky, fluid streams and peaceful landscapes. He also published photos of local Kashmiris, some holding signs that said “we condemn this attack”, and others waving the Indian national flag.
Atur Kulkarni then shared another article on Instagram with a poem in Hindi, accompanied by powerful hashtags such as #Chalokashmir, #Feet_in_Kashmir, #KashMiriyat, #Love_compassion and #Defeatterror, strengthening his message of unit and resilience.
On April 22, a tragic terrorist attack took place in Baisaran Meadow in Pahalgam, where 25 Indian nationals and a Nepalese citizen lost their lives, and several others were injured.
