The battlefield for justice has become larger, more daring and more brained. The official trailer for RAID 2 Was out, and he already triggers the buzz on the internet with his confrontations with high issues between two powerful artists – Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, RAID 2 Takes the captivating saga of corruption and integrity to a whole new level. Ajay Devgn resumes his role as Amay Patnaik, the income officer for income without frills known for his flawless pursuit of corruption. But this time, he met his intellectual equal – Riteish Deshmukh, in an avatar never proven like Dadabhai, a sweet and ruthless politician who knows how to play the system as well as he plays people.
The trailer offers a taste of the cat and mouse game which takes place between these two sharp minds. It is not only a physical or emotional battle – it is a war of intellect, ambition and iron. Riteish’s dialogue, “Pandav Kabse Chakravyuh Rachne Lage (since when has Pandav created Chakravyuh)?” is met with Ajay’s thunderous answer, “Maine Kab Kaha Ki Main Pandav Hoon, hand toh poora mahabharat hoon” – giving the tone to what promises to be a breathtaking duel of ideology. Apart from that, the trailer has visual and thematic reminders to the original Raid (2018), strengthening its inheritance while building a larger and intense world.
While the first film was anchored in realism and moral grain, RAID 2 Seems to take a wider cinematographic canvas – with sharper dialogues, more layers and an elegant but sincere tone. Also featuring Rajat Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Amit Sial with Vaani Kapoor as the main lady, the film marks the return of Saurabh Shukla as Tauji de la Préquelle.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishan Kumar, and presented by Gulshan Kumar and the T series in association with Panorama Studios, RAID 2 is ready for a theatrical version on May 1, 2025.
