In an official announcement filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange on May 29, 2025, under regulation 30 of registration obligations and SEBI disclosure requirements, Panorama studios have confirmed that Drishyam 3 is in active production. The letter stipulates that the film will once again strengthen Ajay Devgn in the main role and will be directed by Abhishek Pathak, who directed the surprise blockbuster, Drishyam 2 (2022).
