With four games to play for Celtic, the champions are 18 points at the Rangers toilet in second position, which have five games to play. The Glasgow Club has claimed 21 of the last 26 domestic trophies while the men of Brendan Rodgers reign supreme in Scotland.

Celtic only needed a point in Tannadice to start their title evening, but their target turn assured that the celebrations were going with a swing.

It was a familiar feeling for Celtic after a 5-0 victory in Kilmarnock the last mandate earned Rodgers the title in his first season in Parkhead.

The last triumph of Rodgers moved the former manager of Liverpool to 11 major trophies as a Celtic manager.

The success of the title maintains Celtic on the right track for their sixth triple in nine seasons, and the third of Rodgers, when they face Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final in May.

The Celtic substitute James Forrest has also written in club records with its 26th medal of the winners, one more than Bobby Lennox, who played for the famous European champions of 1967 of the team.

Celtic captain Callum McGregor said: “Incredible, exceptional performances. This means the world for us.

“The sky is the limit for us. We were so good today. We have four championship games trying to arrive in the Scottish Cup final at the best time.

“If we do this, we are lucky to do something special this season.”

There was a brief interruption of the title of title of Celtic Clincher during the visit of the fans who launched dozens of tangers – in reference to the nickname Dundee United – on the ground to protest against the price of the original club tickets after being billed up to £ 42 ($ 56).

Despite this Hold-up, the title of Celtic has undoubtedly been since the start of the season, the Rangers have lagged behind and Aberdeen collapsed dramatically after equaling the 31 points of the 11 opening games.

The Hoops did not undergo their first defeat in the league until January 2 in the Rangers, but were still 13 points ahead and a collapse was still out of the question.

Rodgers had criticized his players to be too comfortable after a defeat against Bottom Club St Johnstone earlier this month.

They responded categorically by reaching five goals in each of their following three games.

Having also reached the playoffs of the Champions League qualifiers, where they have narrowly lost against Bayern Munich, Rodgers will now be in order to strengthen Celtic for a more domestic glory and a European drama next season.
