The vision of PSB is to democratize access to affordable quality badminton coaching, offering opportunities to people of all ages and all levels. Thanks to its standardized and scalable coaching methodology, developed under the direction of Prakash Padukone, the organization seeks to introduce a national community of schoolchildren and professionals in sport. It also aims to allow aspiring certified training coaches and durable career paths.
PSB is associated with existing schools, institutions and places aimed at creating local academies that feed its flagship training program in the 3 high performance centers of excellence in Bengaluru. With more than 100 coaches formed in a structured certification program and access to advanced installations, the PSB coaching system provides consistency, quality and capacity to identify and feed future champions.
