The former India cricket player, Ajay Jadeja, thinks that the Capitals of Delhi (DC) should consider stopping the hash and change their superior order in IPL 2025, while adding that the pace to which Kl Rahul and Faf du Plessis led to losing it against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). With five consecutive victories, DC experienced a phenomenal start for their 2025 IPL campaign. But their performance in their homeland Home, Arun Jaitley Stadium, was disappointing with two defeats on three games.
Their only victory here occurred via a super nails against the Royals of Rajasthan. DC will then face the reigning champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Tuesday, in order to obtain their second home victory in New Delhi and to argue for the playoffs.
“What they need to go is not to continue to cut and change too much. They started with Jake Fraser -McGurk – I can’t get the pronunciation of his name, so apologies to him. They started with him for three to four years, just because Karun Nair who was not in the team came and did so well.”
“So they went with him as a first match. Then he had three bad games, and they returned to Faf du Plessis, because he was in good shape again. So I think it is their concern – the uncertainty they bring to the side and KL Rahul is their key player,” Jadeja, a Jiostar expert on Monday, in a green interaction.
Against RCB, from Plessis, returning from a groin injury and playing for the first time since April 10, had a hard time starting and made 22 bullets on 26 bullets. “It is not only the first four, but even the last four. The pressures are different of course. One is the pressure of the first four that you mentioned – that we have done all the hard work or that we crossed two thirds of the tournament if you can call it and well.”
