South superstar and quadruple winner of the National Award, Dhanush, turns his head again – this time with a striking transformation for his next Hindi film Tere ishk mein. Spotted in a crisp uniform of the Indian Air Force, with a haircut with close culture and a steel mustache, the new avatar of Dhanush sent fans in a frenzy and has raised anticipation for what is presented as one of its most intense roles to date.

The film marks a full moment for Dhanush, while he finds the director Aanand L Rai – In the end 12 years after their classic cult Raanjhanaa presented it in Bollywood and established it as a Pan-Indian phenomenon. Their new collaboration, Tere ishk meinpromises to explore another account emotionally and deeply rooted, this time with an even more important cinematographic scale.
While the intrigue remains closely under the Wraps, the early buzz of the sets suggests a layer in layers for Dhanush. His accidental military avatar signals a significant change compared to the affable roles and the door of the boys he has played in the past. The initiates of the industry suggest that this could be its most demanding role in Hindi to date, presenting not only its physical transformation, but also a deep emotional evolution.
Produced by Gulshan Kumar, the T series and Color Yellow Productions, Tere ishk mein is led by Aanand L Rai and written by the longtime employee Himanshu Sharma. The film also features Kriti Sanon in a pivotal role and presents a Stigring soundtrack composed by the maestro musical Ar Rahman – bringing together the winning team that brought Raanjhanaa to life.
With a newly revealed look of Dhanush creating waves online and the excitement of fans reaching a fever field, Tere ishk mein Is this one of the most anticipated theatrical versions of the year. The film should strike cinemas through India on November 28, 2025.
