The trailer of Sardaar Ji 3 made the headlines after the titles of its ucrivation and unexpected release strategy. Released on social networks by Diljit Dosanjh, the two -minute packaging confirms that the Pakistani actress Hania Aamir plays a leading role alongside Diljit and Neeru Bajwa, taking up her character as a ghost hunter in the British horror comedy.

However, the trailer reveals a notable flaw in distribution plans: the film should jump the theatrical release in India and will only be presented in foreign markets from June 27. When fans in India try to see the trailer on YouTube, they meet a geo-block message informing them of its limited availability.
This decision follows political tensions after Pahalgam’s terrorist attack on April 22 and the India reprisal operation “Operation Sindoor”. Industry organizations such as the Federation of Western Employees Cine (FWICE) had urged CBFC to retain certification for Sardaar Ji 3Citing concerns about the inclusion of Pakistani actors. Faced with potential prohibitions and demonstrations, filmmakers seem to have chosen a safer release strategy abroad.
Adding an additional context, an earlier report suggested that Hania Aamir could be removed from the project due to the growing reaction. However, the release of Diljit’s trailer cancels these rumors, showing Hania always firmly in her role.
THE Sardaar Ji The franchise, launched in 2015 by Rohit Jugraj Chauhan, won a cult as one of the first comedies of the fantastic horror of Punjabi cinema. In his third episode, directed by Amar Hundal, Diljit and Hania lead a team of demon demonstrations in a scary British manor, with the Co-Stars Neeru Bajwa, Gulshan Grover, Jasmin Bajwa, Manav Vij and others completing the distribution.
Online reactions have been mixed. Some fans applaud Diljit and the chemistry on Hania’s screen and the scope abroad of the film, others expressed disappointment, accusing Diljit of having ignored the national feeling. “Was really excited for this film but no longer now. The nation is still a first priority on anyone,” wrote an Instagram user, while another said: “I am really proud of you but I really like my country first.”
