Shashank struck six four and two during his brilliant cameo.
The Bowling GT to death has left a lot to be desired while PBKS has raised 135 points in the last eight Overs. GT Fielding was also not up to night.
During his sparkling shot, Iyer approached the short ball, once considered his weakness, with Elan.
In pursuit of 244, GT also left for a leaflet with Shubman Gill and Sudharsan by performing 61 points in just under six overs before the home team captain obtained an advantage before a delivery of Glenn Maxwell to fall for a 14-ball 33.
Jos Buttler joined Sudharsan in the middle and the two points scored at a quick clip to keep GT in hunting. However, after adding 84 points for the second ticket office with Buttler, Sudharsan sought to whip an ordinary Arshdeep of his pads and even if he superbly timed, the opener did not obtain the desired elevation and was taken in the depths.
With the dew entering the image and still buttler to the fold, GT knew that they remained a lot in the match despite the loss of Sudharsan, and the two six of Sherfane Rutherford and four of Marcus Stoinis acted as stimulus for the team at home.

But with its intelligent average rhythm, Impact Sub Vijaykumar Vyshak made sure that PBKS had its nose in advance by conceding only five points in the 15th.
Marco Jansen has been brought back to the attack with GT requiring 70 points in the last 30 balls, and the large South African Stimulator of the left arm only gave eight points to worsen the problems of the strike team.
Vyshak launched another tight despite his conceded three large, leaving GT to obtain 57 points in 18 balls, which they could not achieve.
Earlier, taking care of the reputation very little, Priyansh Arya (47 out of 23) went after the Bowling GT from the start.
Arya, who was bought by PBKS for Rs 3.8 crosses during the last IPL auction, calculated Mohammed Siraj on a deep square leg for her first six and followed him with a four.
Kagiso Rabada made the first breakthrough when he had PRABHSIMRAN Singh took in the deep, opening the way to the entrance to the new Captain Iyer in the middle and he started with a beautiful road on the top for a border before launching the South African seasoned pace for six on a deep square leg.
Back on strike, the 24 -year -old Arya embarked on the rhythm of the left arm Arshad Khan and collected 21 points in the fifth with the help of three four and one on the side. His best blow of the evening was, however, a spectacular straight journey in front of the bowling player for a four.
Arya then led Rabada for a border through an additional blanket, while PBKS raised 73 points for the loss of a counter in the power game.
GT Skipper introduced Spin with Rashid Khan and the Afghanistan magician delivered immediately with the Arya counter at the same time when he grew up with confidence. It was a gentle dismissal because Arya obtained a higher edge while reaching out for sudden delivery which also maintained a little low.
Against his compatriot Rashid, Azmatullah Omarzai broke the faithful of the legs for a first ball above the launcher’s head.
The left arm spinner R Sai Kishore caught two counters in two balls, sending Omarzai and Glenn Maxwell to reduce the PBK to 105/4 in the 11th.
However, Iyer had other ideas when India’s striker reached his fifty in just 27 bullets. Iyer entered Loft Sai Kishore for a long time, then smoked it for another maximum, while 17 points went out after Marcus Stoinis got a border.
It was then Rashid’s turn to be at the reception of the Iyer assault while breaking the leggie for two successive six, the first right on the ground and the second on a deep window.
Siraj was brought back to the attack, and Stoinis and Iyer collected a six each of him.
