Deepak Chahar and Hhelik Pandya made massive mistakes on the last ball in the match while Gujarat Titans recorded a crucial victory over the Mumbai Indians in their 2025 match IPL on Tuesday. GT needed 1 point to win the final ball in the rain match with Arshad Khan on strike. Arshad struck Chahar’s delivery to the middle and took off for the single, but Hhelik was quick to recover the ball. However, his launch missed the stumps and Chahar was not positioned near the stumps to finish the run-out. The replays showed that Suryakumar Yadav had not had time to position himself near the stumps and if it was a direct blow, Arshad would have found himself well below the fold. But, GT finished the race and the joy was clear while the team led by Shubman Gill took a giant step towards the qualification of the playoffs.

Coming to the match, the Gujarat Titans overcome two rainy interruptions and an Indian Mumbai fighting to record a dramatic victory at three counters under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method to go to the top of the IPL point table on Tuesday.
By hunting a lower than file 156, the titans were guilty of an ordinary departure which saw them lagging behind the DLS by score when the rain hampered the game for the first time.
But finally, they managed to reach the revised target of 147 on the last ball of the match which was reduced to 19 overs. The former champions now have 16 points, such as the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, but they are perched at the top of the table due to a better net execution rate – +0.79 against +0.48.
However, GT had to brave a second rain interruption almost midnight. On this occasion, there were 132 for six in 18 letters, needed 24 other bullets on 12 bullets.
The break resulted in the revision of the lens at 147, and when the game resumed 12:30 p.m., GT had to score 15 points in one.
Rahul Tewatia (11 Not Out) hit the first Deepak Chahar balloon for a four and Gerald Coetzee (12) hit the third for a six, but the bowling player has exceeded the next delivery.
Even if Chahar rejected Coetzee and lowered the equation to a final ball race, Arshad Khan and Tewatia rushed for a simple quick to record a memorable victory for the Titans.
