“Have No Hesitation In Saying…”: Sanjiv Goenka’s Big Remark On Out-Of-Form Rishabh Pant

This is not an ideal start for its 2025 IPL season with Lucknow’s Super Giants for Rishabh Pant. The Batter Cricket Cricket team batter disappointed with the batter and under its management, LSG lost 2 of their 3 games in competition. The form of a pant has led to many criticisms – both fans and experts – with videos of their field interaction with the owner of the recently viral Sanjiv Goenka team. In a recent interaction, Goenka was asked about Pant’s leadership capacities and it was not long in saying that he has total confidence in his skipper and that the team was planned around him.
“As we knew that he (Rishabh) was not selected, we planned the team around him. I already said it, and I do not hesitate to say it again: I think he is a great leader. His best leadership has not yet been the number.
Goenka also continued by saying that the LSG are “different” this season and have a strong desire to win.
“Well, LSG is different. It is built around a leader with a very strong intention. Each player of the team intends, a fierce desire to win and is strongly motivated,” added Goenka.
Friday, Lucknow’s super-managers face the Mumbai Indians during their IPL 2025 meeting.
The lamentable Rishabh Pant skipper race with the bat made the deductible dependent on Nicholas Pooran. The Antilles drummer, who currently runs the table of run-details with 189 points in three outings, started the campaign with a solid 75 in the first match and followed it with 70 and 44.
On the Bowling Front for LSG, except the transport to four counters from Shardul Thakur against Sunrisers Hyderabad, not all the others managed to make a brand.
But there are signs of good news for the Bowling LSG unit, because the reports indicate that the fast launcher Akashdeep, who has not yet made his debut for LSG, is probably available for the match against Mi on Friday.
Akash, who made a back injury during the Border-Gavaskar trophy in Australia, has been without action since December 2024. He played for the last time in the T20 in IPL 2024 while representing Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the match against Mi.
