In the latest update on SAIF ALI KHAN’s stab wound, the accusation sheet submitted by Mumbai police revealed only one of the fingerprints out of twenty collected on the crime scene corresponds to the accused, the Sharul Islam. This unique matching print was raised from the eighth floor of the actor’s Bandra residence, where the attack occurred. The other 19 prints have no connection with the accused.

Despite this, the police said that fingerprints are not the main evidence that is invoked in the investigation. Given the nature of the residence, which sees a regular movement of various people, including staff and visitors, the presence of non -related fingerprints has not been considered unusual by the survey team.
The accusation sheet, which manages more than 1000 pages, contains a range of evidence which, according to the police, point to the participation of Islam. This includes the analysis of facial recognition and some other medico-legal results which would be equal to those found at the scene of the attack.
The stabbing incident took place on January 16 during an alleged flight to the house of Mumbai de Saif Ali Khan. The actor underwent several injuries through his body and was immediately admitted to the Lilavati hospital. He has undergone several surgeries and was held under medical supervision before being released.
Following the attack, the police launched an intensive investigation which led to the arrest of Islam Sharul. According to the detailed results in the load sheet, the flight was planned, with evidence suggesting that the accused had studied the arrangement of the residence and selected for a time to avoid being detected by safety. However, it has been said that the attack may or may not be pre-suited.
Although the inadequacy of fingerprints can raise questions, the police founded their file on a wider set of evidence. The survey team maintains that the medico-legal and technological collective data establish a clear link between the accused and the crime.
