The actress launched a crowdfunding campaign for affected families, triggering hope and extending support for people struck by calamity. She brought her handle on social networks to share a video presenting the devastation caused.

“The floods through India have left countless families without anything, not only without houses, but without the very fabric of their lives. The communities cannot recover alone. But there is hope. Together, we can intervene and hold them. @Imhussainmansuri and I have associated myself with @kettoindia to start a crowdfunding campaign for affected families.”
She added: “Thank you @sanyam_pandoh and her team that worked tirelessly on the ground in Jammu. I hope this campaign will help you with your efforts. And a big thank you to the @BDRF_Official team for extending all the support on the ground. We are eternally grateful.”
For crowdfunding, Bhumi Pednekar has teamed up with Hussain Mansuri and joined Ketto India. Earlier, the actress had also urged Internet users to reach out to affected families. At times when the need appeared, Bhumi Pednekar is held hand in hand with those who need it, and his support should provide progressive but significant relief.
