Indian cricket player KL Rahul and Bollywood SUNIEL Shetty actor jointly acquired an undivided 7 -acres plot in Owale, Thane West, for Rs.9.85. The transaction, recorded in March 2025, is part of a larger land of 17 acres of 30 acres. The property registration documents confirm the agreement, highlighting the growing real estate interests of the duo. The transaction included an RS stamp right. 68.96 Lakh and RS registration fees. 30,000.

Owale, located in Thane West near the prominent Ghodbunder route, is strategically located between Anand Nagar and Kasarvadavali. It is along the Ghodbunder Road, a key route connecting Thane West to the Eastern and Western Express motorways. This privileged location provides easy access to the main business centers in Thane, Mumbai and in the West suburbs.
This acquisition follows their previous investments in the high -end places of Mumbai. In July 2024, KL Rahul and his wife, Athiya Shetty, bought an apartment of 3,350 square feet in Pali Hill, Bandra, for Rs.20 crore. Simultaneously, Suniel Shetty and his son, Ahan Shetty, acquired a property of 1,200 square feet in Khar for Rs.8.01 Brove.
Kl Rahul, an eminent Indian cricket player, is renowned for his versatile striker and has represented India in all formats. He was vice-captain of the national team and captain in the Indian League (IPL). Rahul has gained distinctions like the international cricket player of the year Ceat T20 and regularly ranks among the best passers -by in India.
Suniel Shetty, an actor and experienced entrepreneur from Bollywood, played in more than 100 films covering action, theater and comedy. He received the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi prize for his contribution to Indian cinema. Beyond the game, Shetty has made its mark in fitness, real estate and hospitality, demonstrating a strong presence outside the entertainment industry.
