India To Play Thailand, Mongolia, Timor Leste, Iraq In AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers

The senior female team of India was drawn Thursday alongside Thailand, Mongolia, Timor Leste and Iraq in group B of the AFC Asian Asian Cup in Australia 2026. The draw was made at the AFC house in Kuala Lumpur. Thailand will host group B of qualifications between June 23 and July 5 in a centralized format around. The group’s winners will qualify for the final tournament, which should take place in three host cities in Australia from March 1 to 26, 2026.
The teams were divided into five pots in accordance with the seeding based on the world ranking of FIFA women published on March 6.
Eight tickets for the 21st edition of the continental centerpiece are to be won while 34 teams will participate in Australian hosts and the three main teams of the AFC Asian Cup India 2022 – the defending champions in China PR, Korea Republic and Japan finalists.
The six best teams of the ASTRALIA 2026 ASTRALIA Asian Cup will qualify for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027.
