Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran headline Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra : Bollywood News
Director Meghna Gulzar and Junglee Pictures should come together for their third film together, DayraA crime drama thriller with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the main roles. The project follows their past collaborations on Raazi And Talvar and is currently in pre-production.

Described as a punchy story that explores crime, justice and gray areas between the two, Dayra Brought together actors from different industries to represent the complexities of contemporary society. Prithviraj Sukumaran, who recently directed the coup Malayalam L2: Empuraantakes another major role in Hindi with Dayra. “When the script was told to me, I knew I had to do it. Dayra is co-written by Meghna Gulzar, Yash and Sima, and marks the next adventure of director of Meghna after the Biopic 2023 Sam Bahadur. The film should immerse itself in layers in layers surrounding the law, societal standards and the changing nature of justice, positioning it as a drama of contemporary crime which reflects current questions.
