Jorge Jesus Out As Coach Of Saudi Giants Al Hilal

Al Hilal dismissed their Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus on Saturday after the Saudi giants, the Saudi giants were beaten in the semi-finals of the Asian Champions League. The Riyadh-based team, who will play during the new club World Cup in June-June in the United States, lost 3-1 against its Saudi compatriot Al Ahli on Tuesday. The reigning champions Al Hilal are second while the Saudi Pro League approaches its conclusion, six points behind the Al Ittihad leaders. Mohammed Al-Shalhoub will take care of the way after the release of Jesus.

“The board of directors of Al-Hilal Club Company agreed with the Portuguese head coach of the first team Jorge Jesus to put an end to the contractual relationship between them,” the club said in a press release on social networks.

Jesus, 70 years old, has been in charge since 2023 in what was his second fate with Al Hilal.

A long career in management has taken in his native Portugal, notably with Benfica and Sporting Lisbon, and he also trained in Brazil and Turkey.

The Al Hilal team includes the former Newcastle striker and Fulham Aleksandar Mitrovic and the former defender of Manchester City Joao Cancelo.
