The CBFC then censored several visuals as well. A scene was replaced by ‘Mera Joota Bolega Sorry the dialogue. The visual visuals of the gestures of the hand were censored. A scene from the humiliation scene of the woman’s police inspector was reduced by 40% while a scene of female sexuality by a male inspector was also shortened by 40%. The CBFC also asked manufacturers to replace up to 10 scenes by CGI. These scenes are: the throat cutting visuals (two different scenes), the bloodshed head on the ice block, the statue of Jesus Christ in a church, the mismanagement of a baby, the thumb cup, the head cut, the notes of the Indian currency under the feet of the crowd and the national emblem on the forehead of a character during a combat sequence.
In short, Jaat I had to undergo changes in 22 scenes. Due to these modifications, 2 minutes and 6 seconds of scenes were cut and replaced by appropriate visuals totaling 1 minute and 37 seconds.
Once these changes have been made, Jaat was passed through the CBFC with a U / A 16+ certificate. The duration of the film, as mentioned on the certificate, is 153.31 minutes. In other words, Jaat is 2 hours 33 minutes and 31 seconds.
