KL Rahul Reveals Real Inspiration Behind ‘This Is My Ground’ Celebration In Bengaluru

Delhi Capitals (DC) The Guichet Guardian, KL Rahul, opened its doors on its now viral celebration after a victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and the film that inspired him. After his precious blows in the Campaign of the ICC of India Champions Trophy this year, KL did not look back. He played 93 * in just 53 bullets, laced from seven four and six in the IPL match against RCB. After the victory, KL, considered a reserved and calm personality on the ground, was extremely animated, felt his chest and pointing towards the ground and his jersey as if he were saying that he (M Chinnaswammy Stadium) is his. He was also seen typing his bat on the ground.
Speaking in a DC video, Rahul said: “It is a special place on my part. This celebration came from one of my favorite films, Kantara. So, a little reminder that this soil, this grass, this place where I grew up, is mine.”

Kantara is a Kannada 2022 film with Rishabh Shetty, Sapthami Gowda and Achyuth Kumar. In the image below, one of the characters is seen planting his sword in the ground.
As a Karnataka player, KL played most of its domestic cricket at M Chinnnaswammy Stadium and even played two IPL seasons for RCB, in 2013 and 2016.

This happened despite a powerful 61 -point stand between salt and Virat Kohli (22 in 14 balls, with four and two),
The Delhi capitals were then reduced to 58/4, but Rahul and Tristan Stubbs showed resistance because they compiled an unbeaten standard of 111 points for the fifth look to bring their team to a clinical victory. Rahul played an undefeated 93 out of 53, composed of seven four and six, while Stubbs scored 38 * out of 23, with four limits and six, during the team’s fourth victory.
DC is in second place with four wins in four games, while RCB is in fourth place with three victories in five games and two defeats.
KL won the “match player” award. Until now, in three games, it has made 185 points with two half-century and the best score of 93 *, with an average greater than 92 and a striking rate of almost 170.
