Bollywood actor, Malaika Arora, sold his luxury residential apartment in Andheri West in Mumbai for Rs. 5,30 crores, according to the registration documents examined by the online real estate market Squareyards.com on the website of the Inspector General of Recording (IGR) https://igrmaharashtra.gov.in. The transaction was recorded in August 2025.

Andheri West is a residential destination and first -rate lifestyle in Mumbai, known for its high -end accommodation, its entertainment avenues and its dynamic social fabric. The locality enjoys excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, SV Road, Suburban Rail and the Versova-Ghatkopar metro corridor, effectively connecting it to business neighborhoods like BKC, Goregaon and Andheri East. According to IGR documents examined by Square Yards, the property is located in Runwal Elegant in the Lokhandwala complex in Andheri West. The apartment was sold by Malaika Arora to an area of carpets of 1,369 square feet. (~ 127.18 m²) and a built area of 152.68 m². (~ 1 643 SQ.FT.). The transaction also includes a parking space. The agreement obtained a stamp right of Rs. 31.08 Lakh and registration fees of 30,000. She bought it for Rs. 3.26 crosses in March 2018, winning approximately Rs. 2.04 Brove of value – an assessment of 62%.
According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, a total of 22 transactions amounting to a gross transaction value of RS. 109 Broker were recorded with the IGR in Runwal Elegant, between September 2024 and August 2025. Currently, the price of the average transaction property in the project is at Rs. 33 150 per square foot.
