In a rare and historic meeting at Vatican City, the Hollywood legend Al Pacino and producer Manasvi Mamgai were officially received by his holiness Pope Leo XIV, marking a spiritual and symbolic start for the next film Captivated. The project, supported by 32red Entertainment, began filming in Rome.

As a producer of Indian origin, standing next to Al Pacino in such an extraordinary moment was surreal and deeply significant. No better way to start a film than to receive blessings from his holiness himself. ”
Directed by Dito Montiel (Riff Raff),, Captivated is a high stake thriller inspired by real events. The film is centered on Saro, a boss of the Mafia Calabrien who kidnaps the grandson of billionaire Jean Paul Getty. While the situation intensifies, Saro forms an unexpected emotional link with the boy’s mother, Abigail Harris – a connection that puts all his empire in danger.
Captivated is produced by 32red Entertainment, a studio based in Los Angeles and Mumbai founded in 2021 by Manasvi Mamgai and Michael Mammoliti. The company focuses on daring and global narration, and Captivated marks one of its most ambitious productions to date. The shooting is underway and the exit is scheduled for 2025.
