Novex Communications wins fight for artists’ rights against NSCI in Bombay court : Bollywood News

November Communications Private Limited won a significant victory before the high court of the magistracy in Bombay, chaired by the Honorable Judge Manish Pital, in a Musical Copyright Affair against the National Sports Club of India. The court ordered NSCI to obtain appropriate licenses before playing music protected by copyright and ensuring that third -party operators do the same.
