In a turn of surprising events, the actor of Bollywood Akshay Kumar would have brought legal action against the longtime employee and co-star Paresh Rawal, looking for Rs. Hera Pheri 3 halfway through production. The film, directed by Priyadarshan and produced under Banner Cape Of Good Films by Akshay, had officially left for floors in April 2025 with the original trio – Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal – bringing together for fans hoped to be a rollercoaster nostalgic. I reiterate that there is no creative disagreement with the filmmaker. The remark not only raised the eyebrows, but also caused serious reactions to the production team, especially since Rawal had already been paid for his fees mentioned for the film.

An initiate of the industry close to development shared: “It is extremely unprofessional for an actor to leave a project halfway, in particular after accepting payment and knowing that production is already underway. These are not only films, these are several crores involving hundreds of crew members and extensive planning. ”

The same source revealed that all financial rights and releases had only been treated after the main casting gave its sign, stressing more the disturbance of the sudden withdrawal from Rawal. Another source added: “Paresh Rawal had already received part of his fees when signing the film. However, despite his payment, he rather left the project without ceremony halfway, leaving the manufacturers in a complete pace. Such behavior, in particular during active production, is considered very unprofessional and disruptive for the calendar and overall planning of the film. ”

It is understood that Cape Of Good Films now takes legal action, citing financial damage, production delays and reputation damages. Although no official declaration has been published by the Akshay Kumar team, sources confirm that the RS.
