According to sources, “a recent wave of reports has speculated on the Nora Fatehi association with Ragini MMS 3. Nora was, in fact, the first choice for Balaji, with manufacturers wishing to sign it given its global popularity and its recent musical cards like Tetema with its international collaborations.
The sources also revealed that its exit was mainly due to timetable conflicts. The source added: “However, with a packaged calendar and several projects in parallel, including a major international shooting in Los Angeles, which is still under envelope, Nora had to move away from the project.”
In her place, actress Tamannaah Bhatia is considered for the main role. Sources have said that “Tamannaah has now been on board, with its current accent firmly based on Bollywood”.
Despite his release from the franchise, Fatehi and producer Ekta Kapoor continue to share a solid professional relationship.
